We Do Still Ship to the EU.
UK Couriers have made it much more expensive and more difficult to ship abroad. Splitting a larger order into two AirMail orders, each under 2kg, is cheaper. AirMail orders under 2kg have been getting through without issue.
We do not ship to Spain, Sweden, Germany or the U.S.A., due to very strict customs regulations in those countries.

PLEASE NOTE: We have no control over overseas parcels being delayed by Customs or postal regulations in the destination country.
If a parcel is returned to Healing Naturally Ltd. by Customs in country, we will contact the customer to agree whether to refund the products or retry shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of shipping and shipping will need to be paid for again, if the parcel is resent.
* Orders received for next day delivery after the 12:00 GMT deadline will not be dispatched until the following working day. No SATURDAY/SUNDAY courier deliveries

Croatia, Portugal (Madeira shipping up to 14 working days) Sweden (temporarily suspended due to Swedish customs regulations), Slovenia, Slovak Republic, Belgium, Ireland, Poland, Estonia, Finland, Denmark, Czech Republic, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Switzerland and Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Latvia and Lithuania. Australia (shipping up to 10 working days) Canada, New Zealand, Norway, Taiwan, Malta, Cyprus, Ukraine, Serbia, Russia, Singapore, Japan, Israel, Canary Islands, India, Hong Kong, China, Bahrain and Thailand.
Returns
Please do not return any goods without contacting us first.
You must contact us before arranging any returns. In some cases if items are damaged and/or perishable then photographic evidence may be all we require and the items can be simply disposed of.
Our returns policy is in accordance with statutory rights under the U.K Consumer Contracts Regulations.
