Lamberts GTF Chromium 200μg 100 Capsules

This product supplies chromium in the form of picolinate, as studies show this is a form that the body absorbs easily. Manufactured to GMP pharmaceutical standards in the UK, each tablet provides a full 200µg of chromium. 

The importance of chromium has been officially recognised through the allocation of a Nutrient Reference Value (NRV). Chromium is an essential nutrient that tends to be lost from foods by processing and refining and so diets low in whole grain cereals may provide inadequate levels of this essential trace mineral.

Dietary sources include shellfish, liver, kidney, Brazil nuts and whole grains.

Chromium contributes to

• Maintenance of normal blood glucose levels
• Metabolism of amino acids, the building blocks of proteins

Daily intake should not exceed 200µg

• Chromium GTF 200mcg
• Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, crosslinked cellulose gum
• Silicon dioxide, stearic acid & magnesium stearate (anti-caking agents)
• Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glycerine (tablet coating)
