Lamberts Biome Balance Everyday

Lamberts® Biome Balance Everyday contains 10 billion beneficial bacteria, of strains Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium. Lamberts® was one of the first companies to produce live bacteria capsules in the UK (over 30 years ago) and they have developed expertise in this area. To ensure proven targeted release for acid-sensitive ingredients such as live bacteria, they have:

• Specifically used delayed release capsules
• Designed special packaging to maintain potency
• Refrigerated storage conditions until despatch

Each capsule contains

• 10 billion live Lactobacillus Acidophilus and Bifidobacterium bacteria*
• Stearic Acid (Anti-caking Agent)
• Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (Capsule Shell)

*at the time of manufacture
Suitable for vegetarians. Not suitable for vegans.

Allergen advice

The following list of allergens are excluded: Wheat, barley, soya, eggs, lactose, nuts, sulphites, celery, fish, shellfish, yeast and gluten containing ingredients.

Dosage

Take 1 capsule daily.
Take with a glass of water, ideally first thing in the morning when the pH of the stomach is at its highest (i.e. the contents are not so acidic).
Do not take within 30 minutes of consuming hot drinks or food, as heat kills bacteria.

If you are taking medication, have an immune-compromised condition, or you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your doctor before taking this product.

Storage

To be stored in a cool, dry place and protected from light, preferably in a refrigerator.
