Potassium is an essential nutrient naturally present in many foods and which is found in all of our body tissues. Together with other electrolytes, sodium and chloride, potassium plays important role in maintaining homeostasis within the body and is important for the normal functioning of cells. 

Potassium contributes to

  • The building of almost all enzymes in the body, as a catalyst for their production
  • Normal function of the nervous system
  • Normal muscle function
  • Maintenance of normal blood pressure

Dosage

The entire contents of the pot should be diluted in 1 litre of water and mixed until dissolved. The solution should be stored in the fridge in a sealed glass jar for up to 30 days. Use a brown glass jar or, if using clear glass, keep the jar in a brown paper bag in the fridge. See suggested use for how much of the liquid to take.

Take half a teaspoon (2.5ml) of the dissolved liquid in at least 250ml of water or juice or as directed by your healthcare practitioner

Storage

Store the unopened pot containing powder in a cool, dark place.
Once diluted, store the liquid in the fridge for no more than 30 days.

Each 100g pot contains

  • 33g potassium acetate
  • 33g potassium monophosphate
  • 33g potassium gluconate
