Magnesium Citrate is a well-absorbed, non food form of magnesium. This product includes 80mg of elemental magnesium in each capsule. Magnesium is needed as a cofactor for over 300 enzymes. Magnesium also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

According to official data 72% of women and 42% of men in the UK fail to consume sufficient dietary magnesium which is largely due to the processing and refining of foods which can remove a large proportion of the magnesium from a food. Multivitamin supplements typically provide little or no magnesium. 

Each tablet delivers:
