Body Cloth for Castor Oil and Clay Packs. 

Pure cotton fabric to be used for castor oil wraps and clay packing. This pack contains unbleached 100% cotton fabric measuring approximately 50cm x 68cm.

Instruction for use:

Castor oil wrap; Make two to three layers of the unbleached cotton fabric, large enough to cover the area of the body to be addressed. Thoroughly moisten with castor oil and lay the material over the necessary area. Place a plastic covering over it (i.e. Cling Film) and warm up the area with a hot water bottle for one hour. Often the pack is tied round the body so that the patient can sleep with it in position, for those who would like to keep it on overnight. When the pack has been used it can be stored in a plastic bag in the fridge.

Clay pack; Mix clay with warm water to make a paste. Apply quickly to the cloth to prevent cooling. Place on the area to be treated. Cover with plastic as castor oil and leave overnight or until dry.
