Golden Greens Organic Spirulina 500mg 450 Tablets

Spirulina is packed with B vitamins and minerals such as magnesium, calcium and iron. 

Golden Greens’ organic spirulina is cultivated in freshwater pools in Hainan, a tropical island paradise in the South China Sea, which provides the perfect conditions for cultivating algae, as it's free from pollution and heavy industry. Once harvested it's hand-washed, gently dried and milled into a fine powder.

Dosage

8 - 10 tablets daily swallowed with water(this is equivalent to about 1 tsp of spirulina powder). 

Cautions

If you've not used spirulina before, we recommend starting off slowly with 4 tablets and gradually increasing over time.

Storage

The shelf life of Organic Spirulina Tablets is 24 months from production date if your pouch is unopened and stored in a dry, cool environment, away from direct sunlight. There is a best before date printed on the back label.
Once opened keep sealed in the pouch, or for ease of use you can store in an airtight jar or container and it can be stored in the cupboard.
