APE Nutrition Colostrum Powder 150g

Colostrum is the ‘first milk’ produced by cattle in the hours following their infant’s birth to develop the calf’s immune system and trigger growth. APE Nutrition’s colostrum is from grass-fed / finished cattle and is ethically sourced from the surplus left after the calf has been fully nourished. The milk is spray dried into a powder, which is packed with nutrients, peptides and growth factors.

The colostrum is sourced from cows which graze naturally outside for as much of the year as possible. The cows are free from antibiotics and hormone treatments, and their diets contain no foods containing fertilisers, pesticides, heavy metals or other chemicals.

Daily dosage

• Boost immunity: 3-8g
• Connective tissue repair: 5-10g
• Lean muscle growth / bone health = 10g taken 30 mins after training
• Heal gut lining: 5-10g in the morning on an empty stomach & again with evening meal

Best mixed with cold liquids to optimise nutritional value. Some people like to eat it off the spoon, even if it’s a bit dry at first!
Each tub contains 150g which equates to 30-50 servings.
